I don't believe you are going to find a free nursing school anywhere. At least a 2 yr college degree, and in many states, a 4 yr bachelor's degree is required to be a registered nurse. That means...you have to go to college. You can apply for financial aid and student loans. Call junior or commujnity colleges in the area to learn about their program.

Free is not likely to happen, unless you can get some kind of REALLY good scholarship. When my mom was in nursing school at IUPUI, she also worked at the university's medical center, which helped defray a lot of her costs.

free nurseing training you will never get,but you can sign up to be a volunteer at your local hospital or nurseing home .some nurseing home will teach you to be a QNA with little or no money
